And the hotel itself was very relaxing and excellently run. What really impresses me was the availability and warmth shown by the staff. It's the only Jamaican resort I've been to where the staff went around to people on the beach, asking whether they could bring them something to drink from the bar. The rooms were cool and very well maintained.

This is going to sound strange, but the showers were really lovely. It' the one thing I always complain about in hotels I travel a lot , and there's nothing worse than showers which aren't hot or powerful enough - but the showering facilities in our room met both these requirements.

We were on an all-inclusive package, so didn't have to worry about food and where to eat And I can honestly say the meals were varied and delicious for every night we spent there.
